Maymers is my portal into a world that I thought I'd never see again. The land of a Childlike Wonder. At a time when I thought the best parts of me were forever gone, her little face formed at the end of my pencil, and her little hands began to crank the wheel of my imagination. She is relentlessly hopeful, incredibly energetic, and the sweetest little thing I've ever met. She was an answer to my prayer: To see the world from a perspective that is close to God's heart... a child's!
